Bernie calls a press conference.
Says some respectful words regarding the passing of Justice Scalia. Points out that the immediate need to fill his seat if it is not filled by the end of President Obama’s term is a pressing matter for any candidate running for president and the people deserve to know who the
candidates would be inclined to nominate. As such, Bernie goes on to announce his intention to nominate Elizabeth Warren to the vacant seat if elected and if said seat remained vacant upon his inauguration.
